Let me know the monogram in the order you would like them to appear on the items (First name, Last name, Middle name). Also, please pick two colors you would like for the monogram if you would like them to be different than the sample.

Size 2: 6-12 mo. up to 22 lbs
Size 3: 12-18 mo. up to 26 lbs
Size 4: 18-24 mo. up to 29 lbs
Size 5: 3T up to 34 lbs
