Average:

Item was made of pretty light blue velour fabric. (I would not call it velvet.) the pompom trim matched perfectly. There was some minor rippling between the embroidered letters of the name, which is why I rated this as 4 and not 5 stars. I had inadvertently chosen a font that had an intentional shadow to it, which was not very apparent to me in the selection chart. I think that font complexity contributed to the rippling - something others may want to avoid. I would buy from this shop again but choose a different/simpler font.

Will always get my new grandbaby's pillows from here!

Love the monogrammed pillow! High quality fabric!

I love this item, it is just what we hoped it would be.

The pillowcase has beautiful stitching and is perfect for our wildflower nursery. The shop owner was very quick to respond to issues, patient with a newly postpartum momma (bless this mess), and always willing to make things right.
