I ordered the embroidered monogram pillow months ago. Tracking states it is stuck in North Carolina. Contacted business and they apologized and send they would send a replacement, yet they can't give information why the replacement hasn't been delivered or provide an update on status. I had to request full refund for a product that cannot be produced.
