Arrived late. Required arrival date was confirmed with seller prior to order and well within estimated shipping window under the product's info. I ordered the nutcracker napkins as a Christmas gift for my mom, intending to use them for Christmas dinner. When I contacted the seller, realizing the package would not make it on time, they told me that USPS has been experiencing delays in their tracking. When I track the package, 9 days elapsed between when the shipping label was created and when USPS received the package yet the seller says USPS received the package the day the label was created. A mistake was made either by USPS or the seller. I wish the seller would've been able to help proactively or when I contacted them, but they did not. Nice napkins. Seller responds quickly to messages. Unfortunate situation.
