The stitching on pillow looks great. I was very disappointed pillow case was 100% polyester. I should have examined what I was ordering more carefully.

I ordered two items from this vendor for twins. I was specific in my instructions about how I wanted lettering and color. It was a gift for newborn twin granddaughters, so I wanted to make it very special. When the items arrived, the lettering was different on each item. I emailed the vendor. She was apologetic, saying she would correct and send as soon as possible. Within a few days, I had the replacement item. I was so excited to see she had corrected the lettering issue, only to lay the two next to each other and discover that the colors were different! I understand things happen, but quality control should have been better! She didn't compare the original two to see that they weren't the same, and then when challenged to replace one, she apparently did not verify the thread color that was used in the original order. 😕
