TERRIBLE PRODUCT & SERVICE! I received napkins in terrible condition. They arrived in a cheap paper bubble package that was torn even after I was charged $44 for shipping! these linen pieces were very wrinkled and looked like second hand items - the shop owner did not care how they arrived - that they looked horrible, refused to take them back and did not even offer to try correct these. The worst product purchase and customer service I have ever received on Etsy!
